5S Ethiopia and MoH WASH NTD Expert Held a meeting
The 5S Ethiopia public engagement team held a meeting with Ato Anteneh, the National Social behavioral change and WASH-NTD expert at the Ministry of Health (MoH). The main objective the meeting was to discuss how the 5S Ethiopia project and WASH-NTD technical working group can work together on the above mentioned issues and to bring changes to policy and practice shaped by the perspectives of social sciences. The two institutions agreed to collaborate and work together on a number of issues concerning NTDs and the role social science can play in addressing some of the challenges associated with neglect and stigma.
