The Asia-Pacific Regional Preparatory Meeting to the Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD) 2010 will take place at the United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok, from 22 to 24 September 2010. It is being organized by the Asia-Pacific Regional Thematic Working Group on International Migration including Human Trafficking, which comprises United Nations and affiliated organizations. The Meeting will be attended by representatives of governments in the Asia-Pacific region involved in the formulation and/or implementation of policies related to international migration and development.
